Jennifer Farley helps clients who would like to improve the measurements and outcomes of their programs. This not only helps make the programs stronger, but also enhances their appeal to foundations as well as savvy individual and corporate donors. Jennifer has more than ten years of experience in the fields of assessment, evaluation and management. Jennifer is trained in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and is experienced at facilitating interviews and focus groups, as well as evaluation and continuous improvement planning. Jennifer has a B.A. in Economics and Political Science at Central College where she was named the Butler Scholar of Economics. In 2005, she earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Drake University, where her coursework included program evaluation and emphasized public policy. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education, with a certification in Research and Evaluation.
